1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
- The product should not show any signs of physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized tampering.
- Certain items such as earphones, personal care gadgets, and software may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or licensing reasons.

2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that shipping charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed beyond 7 days, please contact our support team, and we’ll ensure it’s resolved promptly.
3. Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- The defect or damage must be reported with clear photos or videos of the issue.
- The product will be inspected by our quality team before an exchange is processed.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Opened accessories (e.g., earphones, chargers, cables)
- Software or digital products
- Products with removed serial numbers or damaged packaging
- Clearance or sale items
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If the cancellation request is made after payment but before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
